Version 2.0.3
V2.0.3 (Latest Version) Release Notes
Overnight and Regular Trading Hours Sets
Phantom and Impact now rank overnight and Regular Trading Hours activity separately, so overnight results no longer take every slot on the chart.
- •Phantom markers and Impact levels are selected as two independent sets, each with its own cap. Previously a single Globex session shared one list, and overnight results could fill it before the cash session opened.
- •Each set has its own Show toggle and Max setting, so you can run overnight-only, cash-only, or both, and spend the full budget on whichever you use.
- •Overnight markers and levels are drawn in a lightened version of your existing colors, so the cash session stays the working set. There are no separate colors to configure.
- •Impact adds Extend ETH Levels Through RTH, which carries overnight levels forward into the cash session as reference.
- •Phantom bubble sizing now scales within each set, so a bubble's size reflects how large the escape was for that kind of session.
- •New charts default to 5 Phantom markers per set — 10 across the session — rather than 10 in each. Charts you have already set up keep the values you chose.
Phantom and Impact no longer have their own "Use RTH Data Only" setting — use the Show ETH toggles to control overnight results instead. Delta Flow keeps the setting, and the Tick Engine's "RTH Only (All Studies)" is unchanged.
Quick Settings Panel
The on-chart panel is now movable and sizes itself to your chart window.
- •New Panel Position setting on the Tick Engine places the panel in any of six positions, so it stays clear of your price action.
- •The panel now expands to the height of the chart window instead of forcing a long scroll.
- •Phantom and Impact expose their RTH and overnight toggles and caps in the panel, so you can change what displays without reloading data.
Background Charts Stay Live
- •Studies on inactive chart tabs no longer suspend. Previously a chart left in the background could stop processing and show stale results when you returned to it.
- •Impact now waits for the Tick Engine to finalize each bar before reading it, fixing levels that could be missed or misplaced on a live chart.
Session Timing
- •The Regular Trading Hours day session now ends at 4:00 PM CT rather than the 3:00 PM pit close, so late-afternoon activity is included in RTH analysis.
- •Impact's baseline now keys off the Globex trading day rather than the chart's session template, so levels no longer depend on which template a chart happens to use.
Phantom Accuracy
Several fixes to which escapes are detected and which ones stay on the chart.
- •Bars that traded no order flow are no longer treated as balanced. An empty bar was being read as zero delta, which could seed the detection band incorrectly.
- •Markers no longer crawl. A run of bars each pushing slightly further used to walk the marker along with the move instead of holding it at the moment that mattered.
- •The escape that was ranked is now the one drawn — previously a second escape on the same bar could overwrite the one that was selected.
- •Marker spacing resolves chronologically, so a marker that has been drawn stays drawn.
Impact Accuracy
Impact's detection threshold is more resistant to being distorted by the very trades it should be flagging.
- •A single outsized trade could inflate the threshold enough to blind the detector for the rest of the session. The baseline now limits how much any one trade can move it.
- •Levels no longer repaint. The baseline is carried across sessions rather than re-evaluating earlier bars once more data arrives.
- •Fixed a session-counting error that silently broke carry-forward between sessions.
- •Early-session levels are evaluated more reliably, so activity right after the open is less likely to be missed while the baseline is still warming up.
Version Display
- •The About tab now reports the version you are actually running. Studies added to a chart under an older version kept showing that older version, which could make an update look like it had not installed.
